A Danish homeowner chose a new ES Energy Save heat pump installed by our Danish distribution partner Heat Save, gaining professional guidance and a reliable heating experience.

When Kent Haar-Jørgensen and his family faced increasing problems with their 17-year-old heat pump during the winter of 2025–2026, it became clear that the system needed to be replaced. The old heat pump was shutting down several times a day during periods of cold weather, creating uncertainty and discomfort in a large house built in 1952.

The ES Energy Save heat pump installed in the Haar-Jørgensen home is designed for the realities of Northern European winters. The R290 monobloc design keeps the refrigerant safely sealed in the outdoor unit, and the system is engineered to operate reliably down to -25°C.

Built-in connectivity gives the family access to their system through a mobile app, making it straightforward to adjust settings, monitor performance and follow energy use over time. The system is also SG Ready, meaning it can be integrated with future energy management solutions — solar, battery storage or dynamic electricity tariffs — as the family’s needs evolve.

Combined with Swedish engineering and a 5-year compressor warranty, the system is built to deliver reliable comfort for many years to come.

According to the homeowner, one of the most valuable aspects of the project was the structured process. From the initial consultation and system design to installation, commissioning and follow-up, Heat Save remained involved throughout the entire journey.

The new heating system now provides more stable operation and improved control of the home’s heating. The family can also monitor energy consumption and system temperatures more easily, giving them better insight into the performance of their heating system.
