First delivery to a new market

We have delivered our first heat pump products to Saudi Arabia, marking an important step into a new geographical market outside Europe.

The delivery includes an ES M40 R290 heat pump together with our ES NordFlex controller. The system will be installed at a factory producing firefighter equipment in Saudi Arabia as part of a pilot project.

The project will run through a test and evaluation phase, where we together with the customer will assess the installation and explore the potential for further collaboration.

Growing interest beyond Europe

The delivery represents the first ES Energy Save heat pumps installed in Saudi Arabia and reflects a growing international interest in our commercial heat pump platform.

“Interest in our Swedish-developed heat pumps is growing beyond Europe, especially for our commercial segment products. This delivery to Saudi Arabia is another example of how our solutions are attracting attention in new markets,” says Yibo Zhao, deputy CEO of ES Group.

In recent years, we have focused on developing heat pump platforms designed for energy-efficient operation and flexibility across different types of installations and climates. The ES M40 R290 is part of our propane-based commercial platform, developed to support the transition towards more sustainable heating solutions.

Part of a broader international expansion

The project in Saudi Arabia follows other international commercial initiatives outside Europe, including our recent collaboration in Chile involving approximately 500 kW of heating capacity.

“With the right products and the right customer support, we can reach markets outside our traditional European focus. This confirms that we are following the right long-term strategy,” says Marjan Laure, Sales Manager at ES Energy Save.

While the order itself is limited in size, it is strategically important as we continue exploring opportunities in new international markets and see growing interest in our solutions beyond Europe.
